Refund Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are considered final and not eligible for return or refund except as provided in this Refund Policy. Under specific circumstances, such as damaged products or a best-before-date issue, we may provide a full or partial refund or replacement product. All refund or replacement requests must be made within 30 days after receiving your ordered product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

After you submit a request for a refund, we will contact you to let you know if the request was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
