Croissant Bake


Treat yourself to this Croissant Bake recipe, a harmonious mixture of buttery croissants, berries, our Organic Mango Fruit Spread and sweet cream cheese.


  • 4 large croissants, broken or cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 7 oz cream cheese, at room temperature 
  • 2 tbsp Buddy Fruits Organic Mango Fruit Spread 
  • 2/3 cup cane sugar
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup JustEgg, or 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract


  • Preheat oven to 355 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. (Size should be at least 9x9 inch)
  • Spread cut or broken off croissant pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish. Place all the berries evenly over croissants.
  • Beat cream cheese and Buddy Fruits Organic Mango Fruit Spread with an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually add the sugar, milk, justegg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Pour this mixture all over croissants and berries.
  • Cover dish and place in the fridge for 15 minutes or up to 14 hours. Remove cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and set. Serve warm with powdered sugar and/or syrup, if desired. Enjoy!
