Malibu Mango Smoothie

RECIPE DESCRIPTION:

New year, new vibe, new smoothie obsession! Channel your inner @Erewhon #ItGirl with this Malibu Mango Smoothie that’s as energizing as it is delicious. Perfect for a pre-gym pump or your morning meeting glow-up, it’s the ultimate sip to keep those resolutions strong.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups mango, cubed, frozen
  • 1 cup orange, sliced, frozen 
  • 1/2 large banana, sliced 
  • 2 scoops simply tera’s unflavored whey protein powder 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water 

For the layers 

  • Coconut cream 
  • Buddy Fruits Organic Strawberry Fruit Spread 
  • Buddy Fruits Mango Fruit Spread 
  • Shredded coconut 
  • Carrington Farms Chia Seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients into a blender and then blend until silky smooth and set aside. 
  2. In a serving glass, squeeze a tbsp of Buddy Fruits Organic Strawberry Fruit Spread, followed by a teaspoon of coconut cream.
  3. Then add the smoothie until the glass is halfway full, and then repeat the layers with Buddy Fruits Organic Mango Fruit Spread and tsp of coconut cream.
  4. Fill the remainder of the glass with the smoothie and top with extra Buddy Fruits Organic Mango and Strawberry Fruit Spreads a little bit more coconut cream, shredded coconut, and a sprinkle of Carrington Farms Chia Seeds.
