PB&J Baked Oat Bars

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ripe bananas smashed
- 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (any kind)
- 2 scoops Bourbon Vanilla Simply Tera’s Protein Powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Dash of cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons Buddy Fruits Organic Fruit Spread Concord Grape
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Smash the overripe bananas into the baking dish you plan to bake in.
- Add rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and milk and combine.
- Evenly disperse peanut butter and jam into 4 globs each on top of the oats and swirl a knife through them both to create swirls on the top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven and allow to cool for 5 -10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm or cold, top with peanut butter drizzle, maple syrup, and sliced bananas if you desire. Enjoy!
