Strawberry Jello Fluff

We’re always searching for easy, playful recipes that are fun to make with our Buddies! Because nothing says “I love you” like a treat made with your littlest helpers! Celebrate Mother’s Day with this retro-style dessert, the perfect treat for kids to help prep the day before or the morning of Mother’s Day.

Time: 1 Hour

• 1 cup Buddy Fruits Organic Strawberry Fruit Spread
• 1 6-oz pouch strawberry gelatin mix
• 16 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1 1/2 cups boiling water
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1 cup ice cubes
• Sliced strawberries, for garnish if desired

1. Dissolve the strawberry gelatin mix in boiling water, then pour into a large mixing bowl filled with ice and cold water
2. Stir to cool the gelatin mixture, then refrigerate for 30-60 minutes until slightly set
3. Fold the whipped topping, marshmallows and Organic Strawberry Fruit Spread into the set gelatin
4. Chill for 30 minutes, spoon into serving cups, and top with berries & marshmallows
5. Enjoy!
