Turmeric Crush Smoothie

RECIPE DESCRIPTION:

It’s true that this smoothie season, we’re crushing on this Turmeric Crush made with Buddy Fruits Immunity Boost Smoothie Cubes. Tropical, refreshing, and made to beat the heat one blend at a time.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ cup of Buddy Fruits Immunity Boost Smoothie Cubes  
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ Cup Carrot Juice
  • ¼ Cup of Coconut water
  • ½ Lemon juiced
  • 1 Knob Ginger, washed and cleaned, (as long as it’s washed and cleaned, you don't need to worry about peeling it)
  • 1 Tablespoon Turmeric
  • Coconut flakes (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients on high, until all of the ingredients are fully combined and the smoothie is a thick consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into the glass, serve with a bit of turmeric and coconut flakes.
  4. Enjoy!
