Turmeric Crush Smoothie
RECIPE DESCRIPTION:
It’s true that this smoothie season, we’re crushing on this Turmeric Crush made with Buddy Fruits Immunity Boost Smoothie Cubes. Tropical, refreshing, and made to beat the heat one blend at a time.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ cup of Buddy Fruits Immunity Boost Smoothie Cubes
- 1 banana
- ¼ Cup Carrot Juice
- ¼ Cup of Coconut water
- ½ Lemon juiced
- 1 Knob Ginger, washed and cleaned, (as long as it’s washed and cleaned, you don't need to worry about peeling it)
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric
- Coconut flakes (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend the ingredients on high, until all of the ingredients are fully combined and the smoothie is a thick consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into the glass, serve with a bit of turmeric and coconut flakes.
- Enjoy!
