Fruity Fall Salad & Spinach/Apple/Pear Vinaigrette

Nothing says autumn quite like pears, and Buddy Fruits Pear, Spinach, & Apple Pouches make the perfect finishing touch for this Fruity Fall Salad.

Vinaigrette

• 3 Pear, Spinach, & Apple Buddy Fruits Pouches
• ⅓ cup water
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp tarragon

Salad

• 6 cups baby spinach
• 1 large apple, sliced thinly
• 1 pear, sliced thinly
• ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
• ½ cup pecans

1. Wash and dry all produce and slice the fruit thinly
2. Add all vinaigrette ingredients into a blender and blend until combined
3. Toss the spinach, apple, and pears in the vinaigrette
4. Top with the feta and pecans and enjoy!
